The Perryman forging facility represents a seamless single-source design-build project from the STEVENS Family of Companies. CDMG's Building Systems Group designed and supplied the 160,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building and 18,700 square foot bar shop extension, while STEVENS handled all construction including building erection, foundations, and equipment setting. The engineering included building and equipment foundations. The design and construction teams worked together to produce a quality project on an accelerated 18-month schedule, with final equipment design being established during the construction timeline.
